TIME FOR A LITTLE ROMANCE
A good romance begins with one  key ingredient--A hero women can't resist. Add a heroine who is willing to fight for what she believes in, a story that brings them together, and you get the finished product--a romance that keeps us turning pages.
           

Letter to my readers. 
In November 2011 the Cooper Creek series will debut in a 2-in1 that includes a Christmas story by Gail Gaymer Martin and one by myself. HER CHRISTMAS COWBOY is the launch of my new series. The stories will still take place in Dawson and will include all of those familiar faces and places, but with a few new ones to make things more interesting.
 I'd like to take a moment and introduce you all to Dawson, Oklahoma a fictional town located near Grove, Oklahoma. I love Oklahoma, small towns, cowboys and life on the farm. That's why Dawson is such a great town for me and I hope my readers will feel the same way.  I hope its a place that keeps you coming back for more!
When you take the journey to Dawson, there are a few characters you will see from time to time. Etta Forrester is one of my favorites. She's grandmother to Alyson (The Cowboy's Courtship) and Andie (The Cowboy's Sweetheart). Etta is a unique character. She's built a business creating tie-dyed clothing. She's known for her love of the color lavender. She even dies her hair a shade of lavender. Etta is honest, fun and always willing to help young people fall in love.
Folks in Dawson love to eat out, and fortunately they have something other than the convenience store. The Mad Cow Cafe is the only diner in town. Vera is the owner and she's willing to make up something special for the kids, gossip just a little and pray a lot.
Thanks to Jeremy Hightree and his wife, Beth (Bradshaw), the old Back Street Church is now Dawson Community Center. 
And let's not forget Camp Hope, run by Adam MacKenzie and his wife Jenna.
